I have a permanent disability and can no longer work out here. It’s only been a month but I have a doctors note due to my chronic condition. Am i able to medically withdrawl from my membership early as your website states, “ Health issues can make training impossible. Many Anytime Fitness locations allow early cancellation for documented medical conditions. Normally required: Medical certificate Doctor’s note restricting exercise The condition usually must prevent gym use for an extended period, not just short rest.”

Do y’all have normal spin bikes with spd clips that are not the life fitness slanted outwards ones….the ones that slant out are extremely hard on my but and elsewhere. Most spin bikes are adjustable or tilt inwards but outwards makes them impossible to use. I have been using spin bikes for yrs and the life fitness brand ones that tilt outwards are thr worst. Do any of your other spin bikes have SPD clip in pedals that are not these awful bikes that tilt outward? I looked and there didn’t seem to be any options for those who ... read more

Spin bikes are horrific they need bikes without tilted handles with the spd clips. The bikes that are not tilted are without proper spd pedals. Please invest in bikes with normal handles. It’s not fair to those With back issues and disabilities to have tilted handles. There are many cheaper bikes available to have instead of the life fitness titled handles. U will get more business when you have more than 2 proper bikes. On Friday I almost fell and hurt my hymen due to these horrific dangerous tilted bikes.

I reached out to management on December 10th, 2025 regarding cleanliness issues, damaged equipment, and a few other things I thought they should be aware of. Today is February 6th, 2026. It's been 58 days since, and they haven't been able to wipe a few mirrors down. The same exact spit stain on the mirror is still there. They got rid of Kara, the only trainer in the facility that was positive and kept the atmosphere welcoming. They got rid of the cleaners that would come and sanitize the building.
