I reached out to management on December 10th, 2025 regarding cleanliness issues, damaged equipment, and a few other things I thought they should be aware of. Today is February 6th, 2026. It's been 58 days since, and they haven't been able to wipe a few mirrors down. The same exact spit stain on the mirror is still there. They got rid of Kara, the only trainer in the facility that was positive and kept the atmosphere welcoming. They got rid of the cleaners that would come and sanitize the building. I would never get another membership at this establishment. Terrible experience trying to cancel membership. I sent emails, called and went to the club and they’ve still been charging me for months after I was told my membership would be cancelled. Almost never answer the phone. They are only interested in receiving your money after they good luck

Just got off the phone with Aron Gomez the manager. I had a misunderstanding that my membership had been canceled bc an issue on the app said inactive. Never been talked to like this by a manager anywhere, just screaming that I am an adult and I should come in and talk to them on and on. Really disappointing that anyone is that enraged to insult customers. I mean wow bro!
