It has been about 3 months since I've joined the AF location in Forestbrook and I must say that I absolutely love it here. My original gym I was a member of closed down the end of last year and I was distraught because I didn't know if I would be able to find a gym that 1.) offers 24 hour access; 2.) wasn't extremely crowded especially around the times that I usually go 3.) had good community /friendly people. I absolutely love this gym! It’s such a great small, local business and you can really feel the difference compared to big chain gyms. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and motivating, and the owners truly care about the people who come here. Everyone is friendly and it feels more like a community than just a place to work out.
The coaching sessions are really helpful.
