I signed my 15 year old son up almost a year and a half ago. I made sure to ask sense they will take your banking routing and account number for billing that it would end exactly a year from that day. The owner Cody said yes 12 months 4 months later my aunt i was extremely close to passed away I was laid off and I had to move. I could no longer afford the membership and was told 50 dollars to cancel The sad thing is I didn't have it. Don’t ever Join this Place as a member unless you want to be locked in to a contract you can’t get out of but only for two reasons one moving 25 outside the radius of any location or 2 a doctors notice also when or if you do cancel it’s a 50$ cancellation fee plus what ever else you owe for the next 30 days absolutely terrible gym and I hope nobody else has to experience this

My membership contract is up and the theives continue to take money out of my account after I've called several times and he said he would have it stopped. He said since I moved over 3 hours away he wouldn't make me come in and sign the stop payment paperwork. It hasn't happened, so I went to the Anytime Fitness in Delaware, Ohio and they said Jackson won't release my contract to them. I'm so sick of this!!! It's ridiculous!!!! Stay away from Anytime Fitness Jackson!!!!

They are thieves. They'll sign you to a long contract and won't let you out. Even when it's over they continue to take payment stating it's an auto renewal and state it's an indefinite contract with somebody else's signature for authorization
