just try to get out of the membership after 1 year. Calling, sending letters doesn't work. My next step is calling my attorney. Very dissatisfied with the program. No one ever there to help you. If there is, they want to charge you for advice. Don't join this gym....
Very unhappy with their customer service. I've been trying to reach them for over a month and a half with questions about my contract. Even though I call during "working hours" no one answers the phone or returns my voicemails. I've also sent e-mails with no response. They are very responsive to new customers when they want your money, but don't expect to get a hold of them after that. I'm at the point of having to cancel my credit card payments until someone bothers to call me back.
