I have had such a wonderful training experience with both Kaity & Erin! They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and clear in the way they explains everything. They take the time to make sure you truly understand the material rather than simply rushing through the training. I love the Cedar location! I’ve been coming here on and off for the past two to three years and consistently for the last seven months. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the personal trainers are amazing. They continue to challenge and motivate me while making sure I exercise safely and avoid injury. The facility is also consistently clean and well maintained!

I work for anytime fitness in another location and contacted the club to ask about their specific hours, Erin reached out to me and was incredibly helpful and kind! Definitely felt welcomed to come next time I’m in town visiting family!
