If I could give negative stars I would. My son had a membership and the manager assured me that they would freeze or cancel it in January when he went back to school but they never did. I didn't notice the continuing charges on my credit card bill until the end of April due to dealing with multiple sick family members who have since passed away. The company, who would not respond to my numerous voicemails has now involved a collection agency bc my credit card company blocked and removed the charges. Horrible, non-responsive ... read more

They convince you to sign up with their personsl trainer for 2 sessions a week at $40/session. They take the money in advance. Automatic payments of course. They promise to work around your schedule. 1st appt, trainer doesn't show up. 2nd appt sincere apologies for missing 1st appt. 3rd appt, trainer calls at 730 am to say he lives an hour away & has a dead battery. 4th appt no call no show. You go to cancel because now you psid $160 for 1 30 minute session. Manager gives you the run around and says she will tell her boss. Y... read more

this place is a joke. it was never clean when i went there and they will not cancel my membership.. this has been over 8 months in the process. my husband finally got ahold of someone in person and got my training canceled and i decided to keep my gym membership until it ended in march and cecil entered to NOT have it renewed. then i receive a text that my account is past due? do not recommend at all. 0 stars if possible
