Was a fine gym while I was attending. As soon as I needed help viewing my contract and canceling my membership, they have been incredibly unresponsive. They are not staffed during the hours shared on their website and you are unable to mail a certified letter to their location (presumably to make it more difficult to cancel). Joining this gym was the best decision I have made for myself self in years! The membership process was warm and welcoming, no pressure and seamless. The gym is absolutely spotless, has a great variety and plenty of equipment, and never feels crowded. I can always get on the machine I want. Everyone here is super friendly especially the manager Garrett, who was so helpful that I decided to sign up for personal training sessions 2x a week. I’ve been trying to cancel my gym membership for the past 6 months with no success. I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails — and have received no response. Meanwhile, I’m still being charged every month, and in some cases, charged twice in the same month, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, this gym is pretty clean for the most part. I’ve been a member at any time for a few years and this isn’t my home gym, but it’s all all right. The only thing that I would say negative is the new kid that works there will only come out of his office when the teenagers come in I’ve seen people standing by the office for assistance and waiting for help on the body scan machine waiting for a long time while he said over there in horse played with a group of teenage guys other people have been pretty upset about this as ... read more
