I called over 50 times, left multiple voicemails, and sent several emails requesting to cancel my membership. I never received a response from anyone. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I continued to be billed. The worst part is that my account was eventually sent to collections, even though I made every effort to contact the gym and cancel my membership. Hi! I’ve been trying to get a copy of my bill for my insurance company for three months. No one is at the gym ever, the number on the website prompts you to leave a message and no one returns your call ever. I saw one worker there the other day who told me he had just started and did not know how to pull down a bill. Was a fine gym while I was attending. As soon as I needed help viewing my contract and canceling my membership, they have been incredibly unresponsive. They are not staffed during the hours shared on their website and you are unable to mail a certified letter to their location (presumably to make it more difficult to cancel). If you are going to join a gym, find a different one. If you sign up for this one, it seems to be a lifetime commitment. I've reported my experience to the Attorney General. Joining this gym was the best decision I have made for myself self in years! The membership process was warm and welcoming, no pressure and seamless. The gym is absolutely spotless, has a great variety and plenty of equipment, and never feels crowded. I can always get on the machine I want. Everyone here is super friendly especially the manager Garrett, who was so helpful that I decided to sign up for personal training sessions 2x a week.
