Anytime Fitness use to be good. It has gone downhill. After being a member for over 10 years. I receive an email to tell me the training has been cancelled this was only a 5 day notice. A day after I received the email. They cancelled all trainings for the gym. I receive a call to see what I want to do with the rest of the membership, meaning did I still want to be a member of the gym. They trying to get rid of me. I called over 50 times, left multiple voicemails, and sent several emails requesting to cancel my membership. I never received a response from anyone. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I continued to be billed. The worst part is that my account was eventually sent to collections, even though I made every effort to contact the gym and cancel my membership.
