Was traveling through and needed a gym to shower. Delmer gave great service and was a stand-up guy to talk to. I'm not from here, but if I happened to come back through or lived here, I would be more than happy to use this gym regularly.

My hubby is a regular at the gym and told me about the small group classes when they started earlier this year. What a great addition! With my busy schedule, I needed motivation and accountability, and my coach, Carin (pronounced “Ker-in,” not “Car-in”) has helped me with both. I’m impressed how she adapts the classes to each person’s level and changes each workout. I joined The gym in January and worked with Carin as my PT. She is an amazing trainer and knows how to push you to your full potential. She helped me work through injuries and is truly invested in helping me achieve my goals. now working out in her group classes and the commitment is the same and able to work with each member at their level. Decent gym, pretty clean HOWEVER their little gym market is a pure ripoff. A good example of this is the fairlife nutrition plan 30g protein. At their gym market it is 4.59. The AF gym in pasco sells the exact same item for half the price. Energy drinks are also crazy expensive. On top of the membership price it is outrageous.
