Facilities are dilapidated, Members vape inside and bring non-member friends and family with them.
It's a local gym in a small-town strip mall, so don't expect Equinox. Decent machines, (older, but clean and good selection) deadlift platform with full squat rack, dumbbells to 100#. Staff was pleasant in my limited interactions.
Great place to work out!
Great basic gym. 3 stars because there are no privacy. At night time, you cannot see outside the gym window but people can see you from the outside in clear as day. There are no curtains or window tint. People just sit in their vehicles and stare at you like a pervert. Sometimes there are people just sleeping in their vehicles, maybe because they're homeless or have nowhere to go. There needs to be some kind of parking lot enforcement or security that drives by and check. If you train at night, be warned. Lots of perverts.
This a small town gym. Everyone knows everyone. If you're not a local you will be treated with hostility. This place is garbage.
