I train here about 5-6 times a week and find the Staff and Trainers and coaches highly motivated and always in a great mood, smiling all the time. It says something when they recognize you and give you a wave as you walk in. Lorena my personal trainer is very professional and friendly. She has the ability to put you at ease while at the same time challenging me to reach my goals. I hadn't had a trainer before but am so glad I found Lorena. Her expertise in the field and friendship has truly enriched my life particularly in the physical.Â
