This location is a scam. They will double charge for random months without notice, and if you attempt to contact them to discuss the wrongful charge they will ghost you and ignore any concerns you have. If you ever attempt to cancel your membership they will neglect and purposefully disregard any option you choose as a means to contact them. If you try to email them, they will take an unnecessary amount of time to get back to you which is only extending the time it would take to cancel the membership. Since this is the only place that I seem to be able to get a response from the ownership. I’ll continue to make this public.correct I did have an outstanding balance on my My Account account, that outstanding balance was for the duration of time that I’ve been trying to cancel my account, the reason I left without paying was because I mistakenly thought that you’d be willing to at least hear me out on my reasoning for wanting to cancel without having to pay the last couple of months, but clearly I was mistaken instead of att... read more

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for almost 4 months.. they refuse to allow me to cancel over the phone and are forcing me to come in to sign some generic “cancellation” form..the card they have for me on file expired so they continue to try to charge me and add on late fees when the transaction fails. Mind you, the “contract” I have with them is MONTH TO MONTH.. they refuse to just cancel my membership, I’ve used this gym once maybe twice is the last year…
