Gym is so expensive to go to, charging 29$ every two weeks and theres literally no AC its been broken for like 2 entire years. Owner knows nothing about working out or gyms. Theres absolutely no machines. Litterally like 5 machines total. The cleaning person is this african american guy the owner seems too afraid to fire with the worst attitude like hes too cool to clean the place. Place is the dirtiest anytime fitness ive been to. The only reason i stay is because the treadmills are good lol. Do not join.
It's a great gym. It has everything that you need to get a good workout. Kelly and James are great. You can tell they enjoy working there, and take pride in the gym. James is still great, but he has moved on. Ángel is a great personal trainer though.
Lacks customer-centric approach, business model (specific to small group exercise). Gym cleanliness remains an ongoing concern. Management team appears to lack autonomy, flexibility to adequately support members and has limitations e.g., gym equipment and groupEx content, customization.
Great gym! Not overcrowded. Clean with a nice atmosphere. Manager Kelly is super responsive to members! I would definitely recommend.
