Went to go pay a balance and close my account and was told it had to be at the original gym where I signed up, despite having moved and that not being an option I could conveniently access. Then I learned my low outstanding balance was submitted to a creditor, who had the nerve to tell me I was required to provide him my full SSN in order to even learn who they were collecting a balance for.
