If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a shame that this gym owner's greed detracts from the good name and high customer service quality of other franchisees. I made the mistake of using this facility too much compared to other gyms, and this guy doubled my rate overnight while other franchisee's are willing to honor the original rate of my contract. Very very rude office person. Asking simple questions is an imposition apparently. **Responding to owner: My name is spelled as Mackenzie. I appreciate your response.
