I have been using a personal trainer for almost 15 years and have found Alex to be the best of them all. He adjusts the workouts to fit your personal capabilities and is very intuitive about picking up where he needs to focus and adjust during the sessions. This is also by far the cleanest and most friendly gym I have ever used. I would highly recommend it to anyone. You won’t regret your decision
The best and cleanest gym I have ever worked out in, in my 35 years of training. Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. And all the members are kind and helpful. Feels like home. I love this place!!!
I love this location so much! The staff is absolutely amazing , always friendly , accommodating and welcoming! The gym itself is super clean and has great equipment!
