Staff behavior was not customer-friendly. I asked for help with gym access and was met with an annoyed, rude response and unnecessary attitude instead of assistance. Even if there are policy limitations, there’s no reason to respond to members in a dismissive or unhelpful way.
Your bathrooms are disgusting they smell like p e e. Do you guys even mop the bathroom floors?? I hate when I need to use the restroom because of how horrible they smell. 3 bathrooms and they're all dirty. Please do better go to the Wapato anytime fitness and look around its spotless smells like fabuloso in there and theirs always staff. I love to come here but the laziness has got ridiculous. I hope there's a change of management soon. The owner pays them, but what do they do nothing!
Broken front door . Terrible customer service, up charges customers for commission versus showing most affordable rates. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
