One of the three sinks is almost always broken, and the water fountain will have low pressure. These will get fixed but then after a few weeks return back to being broken. A few months ago there were fans/dehumidifiers set all around the gym and the baseboard trim was torn off. Always something broken, missing, or not working here.

Returned from the south and checked online because I had heard a rumor that this gym and the new owner had discontinued allowing Silver Sneakers people to be members! I’ve been a member of this gym for probably five years in Connecticut and even more in other states. I would say at this location without senior members, you might as well go out of business because there’s not gonna be enough members paying the exorbitant membership fees and with you trying to collect every two weeks which means you have a cash flow situation ... read more

I will also state that the gym seems disingenuous about their “respect” for elders in the community. A long time user, I was abruptly locked out because “Insurance wasn’t paying enough “, a quote from manager at the time. Silver Sneakers apparently was the culprit. Not sure how there bottom line is better without my insurance contribution . Using the treadmill 3 times a week surely didn’t tax the bottom line. Did a “full price” member take my place?

Beautiful gym. Has every equipment plus more. I think ever gym that’s anytime fitness should be as good as this gym. Loved the workout
