I have been a member at many fitness clubs and even worked at one for a bit. This one is by far the best! The facility is immaculate and the owners could not be more friendly. They are truly a gift to the community! Thank you for creating such a warm and hospitable place to work out!

I initially signed up at this gym while in Vancouver and started going three times a week since it was conveniently located next to my workplace. Out of nowhere, I was suddenly denied entry unless I paid an additional fee to keep using the location. Honestly, it felt like a money grab—especially for such a small gym that’s already overpriced just because of the “premium” neighborhood. I ended up switching to Snap Fitness instead, and it’s been a much better experience overall.

Tried to cancel membership multiple times with them. Left a 30 days written notice of cancellation. They verbally confirmed the cancellation. Now they’re trying to seek about a grand and debt collection, and I’ve never even been to the gym. This place is a scam, go to a local gym don’t give money to people like this.

It's been a month after joining membership of this place and coming late evening after my work. Most of facilities are maintaining cleaned and well and every members are working out with good manner.
