It is sad that I have to resort to the hope that a 1 star review is how I can hear from someone. I have attempted to cancel my membership time and time again, through a "corporate" office which was useless, I haven't heard from ANYONE, I stop payments, and all of a sudden my phone and email is busy with people looking for answers- but they can't help me cancel the membership, they just want to collect.
