The place is clean and the people are friendly. It feels just like other AF locations. However, machines are getting old and lacking maintenance. Does the job while visiting, but if I was living here I’d go somewhere else.

Management won't answer calls or emails. Unacceptable. Update to Reply 10/9/24: I have called and emailed numerous times directly. How does one actually contact management directly? We also sent an email again yesterday again with no reply.

This fitness location has been unwilling to cancel my wife and I's membership. We are military who PCS'd off Oahu last month. On 14 Sep, we gave our Official Orders to one the staff members who took a photo of it, took our key fobs, and said she would pass our cancellation over to the manager. I called on 26 Sep to follow up and emailed my orders again. The manager, Kai, said he would cancel our membership, but I never received any confirmation. Been trying to cancel my membership for about a month now due to moving off island. Management team is completely unresponsive to emails or phone calls. Take your money to literally any other gym on island. Even after different through 4 months of AC being out, you’d think the customer service might be better..
