The cedar lake location is my all time favorite anytime!!! I love the environment, layout, and staff!! I want to put emphasis on coach Daphne as well, she lights up this place and greets me with the kindest smile, and on top of that she is so helpful and encouraging!! If you’re looking to see what gym works best for you, I 100% recommend giving this anytime a try!! ANDDD book with coach Daphne SHES THE GREATESSTTT!!
