Large, clean space, with a wide selection of equipment. Lucas, the manager, was great in getting me set up and feeling welcome at the gym.
Great gym and even better staff. Everyone there is super friendly and extremely accommodating for the members. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
I was in town for less than a week and needed a gym to go to during my time in Medford Lakes. I found AF through Maps, gave them a call, and they were immediately friendly and helpful. I ended up visiting the location the same day and meeting with Lucas, the manager, who was very welcoming and kind. We found a solution to providing me access to the gym for a few days and I felt comfortable and welcomed. Medford Location It was peaceful even with a few people in there. The manager was helpful and friendly. I would recommend a stool for the pull up bars
