Gym is always clean. Staff is friendly. Like everywhere else, very busy after ppl get off work. Okay selection of machines, treadmills can be hard to get. Biggest problems are people hogging machines while spending most of their time on their phones. I’m not talking about a couple of minutes, no one should be on a machine for 30 mins but spend less than 5 mins actually using it. This place is absolutely amazing! It’s always clean, always organized. There’s no going around trying to find weights. Access 24 hrs a day is amazing! I’ve always been gym shy and have honestly hated coming to a gym but this place is different! Amanda and the rest of the staff makes you feel so welcomed and takes the time to know you!

I recently discovered Anytime Fitness Atascocita after realizing I was spending way too much at Lifetime and not really using all of the extras beyond the weights and cardio equipment. For me, it just wasn’t worth the price. Anytime Fitness Atascocita has been the perfect fit—both for my fitness needs and my budget. It’s a wonderful locally owned gym with a welcoming atmosphere, clean equipment, and everything I actually use to stay consistent with my workouts. I’m so glad I made the switch!
