I just got my membership at AF Frisco, but already I can tell this gym is very well run. Tim Gardner keeps this facility clean and well-organized. Props to Tim for partnering with Special Strong to help special needs athletes live more active lives as well!
Nice gym with all the equipment needed for a thorough workout without the noise. Tim was great and sign up was a breeze
Great gym, has all the equipment you need. The only problem is all the weight stacks have too much friction. Looks like they're improperly fitted and wobble during lifts. This abruptly changes the force mid-lift, and is dangerous while going heavy. Hope they fix it soon!
