Does the bring a guess polcy not apply to every anytime fitness cause the manager made my guess pay 11 dollar ? Just to be sure this is correct?

Was in the area on a business trip, had some extra time, paid $10.83 for a day pass and got my workout done. Clean showers, decent equipment.
Went to this gym regularly and it was always clean along with fresh towel. Potentially resigning again here soon since I’m due for a new membership!
