Extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience. I was a member at Anytime Fitness and asked the manager to pause my membership. He assured me it would be paused and that I wouldn’t be charged—but they continued to charge my account anyway. When I tried to resolve it, I received no real help. If you have allergies or would like a semi clean workout facility this is not the place. It doesn't seem like anyone cleans here ever, this dust acculmation is from a long time of no cleaning. This only scares me more of how unclean the restrooms are. We are paying customers we should at least have a clean environment

I have been coming to this gym for over a year, as it’s very close to home and easy to get to. It has what you need to get a decent workout in and isn’t usually busy during the day time. However, the gym is consistently dirty and poorly maintained. Equipment is outdated, breaks constantly, and often feels unsafe to use. While the manager, Marc, does his best with what little he has, it’s seems investing in the facility is not high on the owners list of priorities.
