I can't understand why it so hard to cancel my membership.. I went up to the gym in May, Was told it canceled.. notice extra charges called in July and was told the account was placed on holdbut it was again canceled. Here we are in september and i'm still being charged. Call the 800 number and was told my account was reinstated in august.. how can my account be reinstated? When I asked for it to be canceled, I 'm so confused. Why is it so hard to cancel a membership?
