Trash Gym We Call it the prison gym!!!! Meaning you have to create your own workout with the trash equipment they have. Smells like sewer, equipment stays broken and the cost is highly overpriced!!!! Save your time and money runnnnnnn!!!!!
Having issue trying to cancel my membership. I reached out multiple times called wrote a letter and showed up. I was asked to leave a note on the door and that they would take care of it cause he was currently checking out his other locations and wouldnt be back till later that day. Still being charged.
Came with classpass and no one was there to let me in, waste of my time.
If I could leave no stars I would. Since October, we’ve been getting the go around about canceling our membership (they said it was cancelled and then proceed to charge us, and refusing to give us a refund for the money they took). We’re still struggling to get any answers or response from management despite the many phone calls, emails, reaching out to corporate and in person conversations we’ve had with them. Great Neighborhood gym is clean and has all the essentials. Trainer is really helpful and respectful.
