Great Neighborhood gym is clean and has all the essentials. Trainer is really helpful and respectful.

If I could give NO stars I would. Do not deal with Lamont or Silas. They are liars and will tell you one thing and then stop responding when you have questions. These men sat in my face and told me I could do a trial run before deciding if I wanted to move forward with the membership. They had me sign paperwork because apparently they needed it in the system for the trial to be legit BUT swore if I reached out at anytime within the week (trial) period and did not want to proceed I could - no problem no extra steps needed. I'm only giving 4 due to the trainer Silas and the members that work out there because they are amazing people to be around, as was Marc. If you're looking for a dedicated trainer and great fellow gym goers, its the place to go. That's the Pros. The Cons are that the owner seems to not want to hire actual help to make the trainer's life easy, leaving him also to do maintenance and membership dealings. It's too much for one person and we already lost a good person because of it.
