Hands down five stars! Clean, welcoming, and I was told there were no dogs allowed. I'd argue this is a gray area.
The Greenwich location looks fairly new, certainly better kept up than saratoga
My exercise experience has been in group training. The trainers Laura and Sue are amazing. It’s such a clean facility. My personal success has been dropping pant sizes and some weight and feeling great. I look forward to my exercise family everyday.
Favorite gym in town ! Good people to work out with and always so clean!
