Large gym with friendly staff and members to work out with. I have yet to see an ego at this gym.
AF tends to be smaller up north but is much bigger in southern locations, at least where I have traveled. This AF functions nicely as a smallish complete gym. Lifetime fitness is the equipment brand tends to be easier on the joints. I've been lifting for 30 years, so equipment that does not rip your joint out is important.
Location is great, I first started with Anytime Fitness in Auburn, however this location is great for me. This is a very clean and well-run establishment. I would say it has everything you need, for me it is perfect. Good people all around.
Well equipped and clean gym that you would feel good working out in. Security checkpoints: keyfob or member app to unlock the gym door as you enter Three bathrooms with shower Great turf area for push sled, box jumps, trx, rowers, muscle up ring etc!!! Just overall spacious and clean vibe in here!!! Met with the owner Ed, he is super friendly and passionate about keeping the gym in its best condition! Also community vibe is great!
