I signed up for a membership online. I was supposed to pick up a key fob, but there was no staff present during staffed hours at the location, and phone calls are a lost cause since no one answers. At least one person should be there to handle situations like gym sign-ups or setting up key fobs. I just joined and have a negative experience already. This is the 2th day in a row I tried calling and I'm unable to use the services due to no key fob.

Stay away from Anytime if you can. Their contracts are bs and trying to cancel them is a hassle you'll experience nowhere else. I moved 2 years ago and was unable to cancel my services at the other Anytime in the city I moved to, because each branch is individually operated. So I tried calling several times, several days. Weekdays and weekends. No one ever answered the phone.
