Since Tony started working here, the gym is consistently clean, from the restrooms to the workout floors. The machines are wiped down, the trash is always taken care of. I also can’t speak enough about his positive attitude and the pride he takes in his job. He happily greets everyone walking in and goes around doing his job with a smile on his face. A clean gym is important, but having someone who genuinely cares about the environment and the people in it takes things to another level.

Lenny is an awful manager. I expressed to him multiple times I wanted my membership to at the very least not auto renew. After 3-4 times expressing this to him I finally was able to cancel my membership. 6 months later I find out I'm still getting g charged and he tells me it's my fault because my membership was moved to a different club even tho I already cancelled with him. First of all I don’t have a membership here, I just come here time to time for powerlifting work, if you’re looking for a more experienced gym with less restrictions I would recommend this place over anything in bastrop. Staff is great, no complaints really.

Whoever most recently took over ownership of the AF in Elgin needs to come buy and save this location. The management/ownership here doesn't seem to care about anything to do with the gym. Basically this place has potential but DESPERATELY NEEDS COMPETENT OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT! Do better AF Bastrop, this is not what I got an AF membership for and people have been asking y'all to do better for awhile now.
