I Traveled out of town for the military and I needed a gym to match my training style needs and stumbled on this gem. Great and diverse equipment to choose from for any beginner or intermediate athlete looking to get a training session.
Whoever most recently took over ownership of the AF in Elgin needs to come buy and save this location. The management/ownership here doesn't seem to care about anything to do with the gym. Dead bugs all over, it's not maintained, the wifi never works despite some employee writing responses to people's comment notes informing them that it doesn't work. Lenny, the new manager has been doing an outstanding job at keeping the gym impeccable. It’s very pleasant to finally have a clean gym!
The gym has been MUCH cleaner since Lenny (new GM) started. Bathrooms are looking amazing, I finally feel comfortable using them. Keep it up!
