I previously attended the Arcadia Anytime Fitness gym, and I am so glad to have switched to this one! The managers are much more attentive and leagues easier to get ahold of, and the personal trainer I have worked with (shoutout to Brandon!) is amazing at demonstrating the proper way to use machines and perform warm-ups. Erick and Breeauna are always friendly and attentive to any details in the gym. It's been my home away from home and mental sanctuary for years and will continue to be so! Health is life!
This is an excellent gym. It has a variety of upper and lower body machines, cable stations, smith machine, free barbell and dumbbells, and kettle bells. There is also a good variety of cardio machines, like the row machine, treadmills, and bikes. Bathrooms are clean and everything is well-maintained.
Do not recommend. They will nickel and dime you. Requested an account freeze in writing on 4/21, 48 hours before my next payment date. They did not confirm my freeze till 4/24 so they could charge me on 4/23. Was told the freeze would be for a month. I get back on 5/24, my account's not working. What did I even pay for? From the very beginning, I wanted a single month's commitment since I travel a lot. They convinced me to sign up by promising I could freeze my account anytime.
