This place rocks. Everything is clean, people are friendly, and staff are educated to help anyone.
The staff is very attentive and the facility is always immaculate.
This gym is perfect for beginners, retirees, and hard core. It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in. The personal training staff is always working to help people rehabilitate and learn training techniques. It’s not intimidating like many gyms and the owners are always available and on site. I give it five stars
