I've been a member of this gym for going on three years after coming back from a deployment and was overall satisfied up until recently. I am at the gym 4-5 times a week and mostly in the mornings. The gym came under new ownership earlier this year and the cleanliness and responsiveness of staff has significantly decreased. The gym is now consistently dirty, with used water bottles, used paper towels, and even a pair of socks left on the floor over several weeks. We never received our free month after referring another person to the gym. I found out today that the manager abruptly quit and that’s why I didn’t get the free month. I also went to the gym today and the paper towel dispensers were not refilled so there’s no way to clean the equipment unless you bring your own cleaning supplies. It sounds like the franchisee needs to visit his place of business and fix it. I didn’t sign up to be told lies and I’m not paying to bring my own cleaning supplies. Im very frustrated with the process of getting a membership with this gym. I tried going once but unfortunately i did not check the staffed hours and it was a weekend so i wasnt able to talk to someone which was my fault. I sent out an inquiry on their website and got a call on Monday. I wasnt able to answer since i was at work but they did leave a voicemail.
