I joined Anytime last year. It is always clean, not very many people, serious fitness crowd and staff is friendly. What I really love is their Coach/Trainer Najwa. I have been working out with her for 6 months and she has helped me reshape my body through intense but manageable workouts. She thinks up routines ahead of time, has a plan when I walk in and really has made a huge difference in my strength and agility while helping with a new more muscular yet feminine shape.
