We have been trying to cancel a membership with them for going on 2 months. They have this circular dead loop process of mandating you cancel with the manager in person - and then that person is never available or returns your message. As a company there are many complaints about this behavior. We (my wife or I) have made at least 5 attempts to cancel. It's time for next steps.

Anytime Fitness Canton is the best gym experience I have had. The space is well maintained and clean. The restrooms and changing spaces are always in good shape, well stocked, and clean The trainers and manager are friendly, remember your name, and adjust their approach to your preferences (i.e. do you want privacy or do you want to socialize). I’ve been a member for years. There is no location to lock your bicycle outside. I was told to leave it outside, after years of bringing it inside, and I was told by management to leave. It is unfortunate that a gym doesn’t provide the equipment to store a bicycle. I’ve had a variety of problems with the company over the years, but this was is it.
