Ken and the trainers are excellent. Feel free to schedule a consult session with Ken and/or any of the trainers. The facility is well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. The facility is available to members 24 hours/7 days a week. I have witnessed/experienced fellow clients are very respectful of other members. You can participate in group training sessions and/or work with a personal trainer one on one. I do not know pricing. Stop by, check out the facility and request a walk through.

Always clean. New water bottle fountain. Wonderful equipment. Spacious. It feels like the gym is constantly improving. Excellent gym and management!

This gym is always clean, organized, and well taken care of, thanks to Ken and the awesome staff. You can tell they take pride in the place. Ken keeps everything running smooth and creates a welcoming, focused atmosphere that makes you want to show up and get after it. The people who work out here are respectful, driven, and down-to-earth - no egos, just good energy. Been a member for around 5 yrs, hurt my back and asked if I could put my membership on hold till my back problem is figured out. I was told I needed a doctors excuse. Thought i was a customer not an employee. Either way dealing with the VA as a disabled veteran I wasn't able to get one before my bill was due. I still havent heard back from my doctor, so I just canceled my membership. Even with the notice which was about a month, my account was still charged again after returning my entry fob.
