Get directions
New management as of summer 2017 and they brought in new machines and equipment. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. There is enough weight to get a serious lift in and room to improvise lifts. There are busy crowded times, but then that is the case in every gym. Love going here every day.
You will be nothing but unhappy if you get a membership here. The guy that runs this location is the shadiest, most unethical manager/owner I have ever had the chance to meet. I have never been so displeased with a business in my life.
