Love this place! Friendly atmosphere, great workout equipment and Danielle always with a positive attitude and encouraging comments like “just show up everyday” and “small gains” helps give me motivation to grow the way I am wanting. A month in and I already notice a difference!

Terrible experience — extremely unprofessional seller. Joshua Gibbs (the owner) completely wasted my time and money. He agreed to sell me a machine from his gym, and I made multiple attempts to pay in advance or send a deposit to secure the deal. He insisted on cash and refused anything else. After coordinating the pickup and driving all the way from NYC to Virginia, he completely ghosted me upon arrival, no response, no explanation.
