Machine assortment is poor. No ab machine, just sit-up racks. No cable row machine. No upper back machine, just and old school machine row. No protein drink vending machine either. Location is awesome but machine variability is antiquated. No paper towels in any of the dispensers for wiping down equipment.
Very nice quiet environment. Club manager Marshall very helpful.
Terrible experience trying to renew my membership. Monica the regional manager was hostile and very “my way or the highway”. Asked to speak to someone above her or of her position and was denied. Gym itself and other staff get 5 stars from every other interaction I’ve had. 2 stars thanks to Monica. 2yrs later I’m still getting unsolicited calls from this gym.
