The equipment is not working properly. (Treadmill, bicycle etc) I informed the person working and I was told the company is slow to fix the equipment. Well, they’re not slow to take your money twice per month! Join a different gym in Bay City.
Brad has really done an amazing job of turning things around here! Love the positive vibes here. Never too crowded. The facilities are clean and well maintained thanks to Brad & Micah. Micah is a very knowledgeable trainer and very supportive! He also motivates me to reach my fitness goals!
Place was clean and staff was super helpful!
The staff is always helpful/nice and the gym is always clean and not super crowded. :)
