One of the best things about this gym is that it’s not crowded, even during peak hours. There are usually around 15 to 20 people, so if you don’t like busy gyms, I definitely recommend this place. Also, the staff member Crystal is very friendly. Cons: The membership fee is more expensive than other gyms. There are no classes offered at all. If you value your sanity, don’t give this place the time of day. I initially scheduled a tour one day just for a trial. I noticed the place was super small and smelled like urine pretty bad. There was a distraught gentlemen outside banging on the windows. We were let in by the manager, the guy began telling her they cancelled his membership. I have tried to call them for the past 2 weeks during business hours because I can physically not make it in and no one ever answers. I have also called their “customer service” number and it just refers me to my home gym (which is this one). I completely understand being with a different member, but after multiple voicemails and two weeks of calling, I doubt that the person in the gym is with a member at all times.
