Like family. Down to earth. Some gyms intimidate me, but this team feels is like being "home"
Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Gave me a full tour of the facility and equipment and offered me any assistance and the information for classes and training. Very friendly, clean, personable and professional establishment. 10/10 recommend.

Love this gym, over 1200lbs of free weights and the facility is always in tip top shape and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to start your fitness journey or even to continue growth. What I liked about this place was everyone was welcome, from gym rats to bodybuilders and even had low impact yoga classes. And who can forget about the Hydro massage chair that thing is amazing.
