The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciate. However, the gym equipment needs serious attention. There are too many machines that are either out of order or not working properly. For the amount of money being charged, this shouldn’t be the case. There is only one stair master, and it has been out of service since I started my membership—over three months ago and still not fixed. If you wonder how management maintains the facility, look no further than how they treat a request for hand sanitizer 🥴 First, this place changed management last year and has gone downhill since. Before, machines were rarely broken and definitely not broken for long. After the change, I see multiple machines broken regularly, for weeks, including the only stairmaster. Has gone downhill unfortunately since the new ownership. It's basically impossible to bench press here anymore. The old bench press setups with safeties are gone, and the safeties in the squat racks don't allow for full range of motion. And with just 2 squat racks, there is often a wait time since everyone has to bench in them now (not to mention idiots doing curls and hip thrusts in them!!!).
