** 11/1/25 Update ** Owner deleted comment when I actually responded back to their comment. This speaks to the type of customer service to expect here ** 10/27/25 Update ** Owner is also a liar. I attended other Anytime Fitness locations during this time period. Extremely predatory contract and no customer support whatsoever. My father, who is unable to speak English, never accessed this facility not even one time and tried cancelling his membership multiple times after having a surgery that left him disabled. Every single time he called no one was willing to help him with how to cancel his membership and now he is getting calls threatening him to take him to court for $1500 owed + legal fees for not canceling his contract?! Worst gym i’ve ever been to. i couldnt continue paying the membership and. now i gotta pay 1,500 to them. They want to take me to court. The gym is garbage whatever you do dont come here. Machines dont work, small gym. Please whatever you do dont come here

I took a shower after working out at this facility, and when I finished the shower I was greeted to raw sewage covering the floor. I had to exit barefoot, wading through poop and carry my belongings out that were soaked in sewage. I spent hours trying to clean and save my belongings, but I lost hundreds of dollars of items that weren’t salvageable. All that on top of the horrible biohazard I was exposed to. This location demanded that I change my main gym location to theirs despite me already paying 3 years in advance for a mutli club international pass. They restricted access when I did not transfer my 3 year membership to their location. I have not had any issue like this with LA fitness, planet fitness or any other anytime fitness. Fortunately, there are 3 other Anytime Fitness locations nearby. Decent gym amenities, poor customer service.
