Worst Gym, charging people extra , and after the cancel the account they still charger the credit card , thieves!
I joined Anytime Fitness on March 2024. I had a stroke two months after joining, they would not let me cancel the contract so I pay a whole year for 3 months service. They would not take the key from until the time was up. When I signed it was one payment a month, after being with them for four months it change to twice a month, I am done***never again!
Absolute disgrace of an establishment. I signed a contract before my wedding back in August of 2022 , the contract was up in August of 2023 and at that time , I went in and met with the owner to cancel . I was very pregnant , high risk and was advised by my doctor to be on bed rest . When I went in to cancel Mike tried telling me in his judgy condescending tone that “you can still workout while you’re pregnant “ I then felt the need to explain myself and why I could not and that it was against my doctors orders .
