Love this gym. Love the trainers. They’re always helpful and the classes are always challenging. I also appreciate having physical therapists on site to ask a quick question about soreness I’m experiencing.

I've been lifting here since the location opened ~8 years ago, and have always had a fantastic time lifting here. The community here is strong and welcoming!

I've been going to this AF location, among others, for 4 years and it's got the best staff and trainers anywhere. They're friendly, go-getters who truly care about your experience. The current manager, Christian, is the best the gym has had and keeps the place clean and organized. As a trainer, Christian is highly knowledgeable and puts together well-tailored workouts for your individual needs and goals. I live closer to 2 other AFs but only go to the Maple Grove location now.
