I have been a member at many gyms over the years, and glad I joined Anytime Fitness in Moorhead a few years ago. Rogena and the other staff are friendly and are dedicated to ensure members have a great experience. I also love how the gym is decorated for holidays and how staff encourage clients to improve their health and wellness.

One of the most unprofessional things a member of this team has done to me is hang up on me during a phone call. Rogena wouldn't let me speak during the phone call, only following the process was right at the time to her. I did explain multiple times that I followed the process correctly and due to the gym's era my gym membership was still active. Throughout today Rogena decides to message me that I was indeed correct in following the process of cancellation but I have not received not one apology for hanging up mid conversa... read more

If I could give yall negative stars I would. I signed up and was injured which was going to require surgery and months of rehabilitation. Had all my medical papers, even the letter from the doctor that I wouldnt be able to use their facilities for over a year. I was maybe into week 2 of having the membership. Instead of seeing obviously I was unable to continue my membership and cancel it, they decided to harass me even after I gave all needed paperwork, now they've sent me to collections.
