This is a basic gym with basic lifting and cardio equipment. They keep it clean and when I have addressed an issue they have taken care of the concern promptly. As for expense it is not bad for a facility open 24/7 for you to go to. I find that a real nice benefit. Also being able to use other facilities in the chain is an awesome benefit. I like to mix it up a bit and use other facilities from time to time.
