If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Communication is non-existent within the building. If you cancel your membership, you better be sure because they will send your account to collections, even if you haven't been a member in +3 years. Even when I was a member, getting monthly statements for reimbursement took multiple days. Bathroom facilities were never cleaned/stocked. No personal touches, did not feel valued. Clean and friendly staff
I was warned ahead of time about this place. She fraudulently charged my account for almost 50bucks. When I brought it up to her she lost it. Said it wasn't her responsibility, because she didn't handle payments. Sorry lady, you do manage a buisness(as well as someone with a middleschool education can) therefore it is your responsibility to figure it out. Check yourself lady, guest service is a thing. I am filing complaints with the BBB and fraud charges with locals and my bank.
