The gym is clean and well kept. The manager goes out of her way to help everyone and make everyone comfortable! The trainer listens and pushes just enough to help you get better! And the training manager is super friendly, honest and upfront!
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Personal trainer is very friendly and knowledgeable. Is quiet clean gym.
Great location. One of my favorite places to stop by when traveling through that area.
Everything you need for a great workout. Minimal dressing area and shower. No sauna or steam.
