Clean gym and a wonderful staff very accommodating has all the equipment to have a great workout.

I was visiting family from out of town and wanted a place in Ashland that offers day passes. Anytime is that place. Jennifer, Josh and Zach were super helpful getting me signed up and started. Very friendly and accommodating. They have most of the equipment you’d need for any level of training you’re going for. Thanks guys!
