Great small group training sessions... the trainer keeps it fun & challenging. It's so great to see the progress happening in my body & spirit.
Brendan is one of the best trainers I’ve seen at any gym. He’s constantly motivating you to do your best and keep improving. When quitting starts to feel like an option, he always finds a way to push and encourage you to keep going. Training three days a week with him has made a real difference—progress isn’t just something you feel, it’s something everyone around you can see. We love this gym, and Brendan truly puts the cherry on top. He makes the whole experience more professional, motivating, and productive.
