The gym is incredibly clean with a good variety of machines but it was sooooooooo hot and humid. I am unsure how anyone was able to workout without passing out, especially in this summer heat. An AC unit would make this the ideal gym.
This gym is the absolute bomb. I would highly recommend this gym for beginners or people who are experienced lifters. The management here, Jake and Ali, are absolutely fantastic people and are always great to talk to about anything and are always motivating people. If someone asked me where I lifted, I wouldn’t only say here, but I would recommend it.

Jake is not only incredibly patient but he knows how to customize and personalize for your unique and specific needs and style!!
This gym is fantastic. The staff is beyond excellent. The location is always clean and has a great atmosphere.
